We stand behind all our products 100%. If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your product, please see below for our return policies.

RETURNS

We will accept returns under the following guidelines:

 

- Product must be returned in original, unused condition. This is essential as we will not resell anything in used    condition and therefore will not take it back. If we see any sign of wear, then it's yours. Leather is tough but wears in quick (this is why we love it, right?) so be ginger if you are contemplating a return.

- If the product is in original, unused condition, please notify us and once we open up a correspondence, simply repackage it in the original packaging and send it back to us at:

Upon receipt, we will inspect and if it checks out, we will issue your refund. Please note that shipping is non-refundable, only the value of the product will be refunded.

In the rare chance that you receive a faulty product — This will be a case by case basis so no real guidelines can be made. If you notice something wrong with your product, pleasecontact us immediately with pictures detailing the problem as well as a description. We will start correspondence right away to help resolve the problem.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships. Orders shipped via USPS typically take 2-3 business days, while orders shipped via UPS typically take 3-5.

International orders up to 4 lbs are sent USPS First Class International and orders 4 lbs and over are sent USPS Priority International. First Class International transit time differs from country to country, but typically runs around 10-14 days. USPS Priority International is anywhere from 6-10 days.
